06 z06 w new battery wont start or turn over

2006 z06 with new battery wont crank or even turn over. Started out of the blue today. It has a cam intake long tube headers and corsa exhaust and tuned. Also the windows will intermittently not roll up. Intermittently says no key fob detected. Was able to jump starter w screwdriver and crank once. Also today when it first started acting crazy the tach stopped working and car engine was missing like it had a bad plug but that went away and tach started working again on the way home. Wont crank period now. Loosing my mind! Any suggestion?
