HORN WONT WORK, POWER WINDOWS WONT WORK FROM SWITCHES, BUT THEY DO WHEN I BYPASS THEM NEAR THE SWITCHES WITH A JUMPER WIRE.WIPER MOTOR JUST STOPPED WORKING PUT IN A NEW ONE STILL WONT WORK. AND HEATER BLOWER JUST STOPPED WORKING, CANT FIGURE ANY OF THIS OUT, ALL FUSES ARE GOOD

make sure your horn or your telescopic is turned all the way to the right on the steering wheel.snug. fixed mine
