Back up lights do not come on when I shift into reverse, manual transmission. Light bulbs have been changed.

not the switch, its the switch connector.

Please take a look at the wiring drawing. Please note that the switch is only an input to the body control module. This explains why your reverse lights work with the key FOB. We recommend checking for the correct operation of the switch but we are pretty sure that's your problem. We have done some research for your and found the price for the

C5 Corvette ACDelco 14069600 GM Original Equipment Back-Up Lamp Switch is at this link.

This switch is located per the drawing on the RH side of the transmission about half way up. To verify you can place a jumper wire across "A" and "B" of switch plug.
