CEL on after driving on highway

My check engine light comes on after driving on the highway for about 20 minutes or so. No noticeable performance issues, the light just comes on, it goes out after restart and comes back on after driving highway again.

I replaced the EGR and many other related egr things... replaced 02 sensor... vacuum lines... still does it. I have not barked at the full moon yet.

Suggestions?

I had the same problem it was the egr valve. You can either replace it or put your fingers under the diaphragm and exercise it many time to break all carbon lose.
