gauges flashing, windows won't work, hot air out of passenger side

We have a 2003 Corvette and it's lighting up like a Christmas tree! Sometimes it will start but most of the time, she's freaking out. There seems to be a ground missing somewhere, like power isn't going where it needs to. I've tried common resets (disconnecting the battery, pulling certain fuses, reading the codes) and I'm not getting anywhere.
What is going on???
