E85 can be ran on C5s. Just needs some parts and tuning to make it all work. I have done many.
I saw the OG posted this many years ago, just funny how it's on the top page of BING when searching. Wanted to clarify, its common hp upgrade nowadays.

You really should not run E 85 in your C5. The C5 was never meant to run on E 85. To do so would take a lot of work. The areas involved would be grafting in the E85 fuel system and modifying the PCM and wiring.
