Information panel light problems

I have a 1993 Corvette, a few of the information panel indicator lights come on but when you turn the ignition off and back on they don't come back. The low oil light come on once and when turned the ignition off and back on it went away and never came back, I checked the oil and the level was perfect. Another time the Service ABS, and Service ARS lights come on at the same time. When I turned off the ignition and back on they never come back, that has happened on 2 occasions. Has anyone had any issues of this nature.
