looks like I can't drive a standard

by Ron Young
(Yukon, OK)

Since I have found this wonderful site one more question. 2000 C5 this has happened only a few times since I bought car in October. After starting car and putting in gear forward or reverse automatic and releasing brake car dies. It does it repeatedly it seams to help if I get it rolling sightly and it will eventually go after 3 or 4 times.
Car will continue to run as long as my foot is on brake. any ideas out there?

Look at the MAF or Mass Airflow Sensor. Clean or replace.
