Very common problem of seats moving
by: Corvette web central

This is a very common problem on the C5. The best fix is to replace the seat track. The worm gear that drives the seat back and forth wears out in several areas. These are not cheap unfortunately around $1000 new. You could always try a specific Corvette Salvage company. If you need any recommendations we would be happy to point you in the right direction. You can probably find some fixes online if you do a search but we dont recommend them. We talk about this and other problems like it in our C5 Corvette Book of Knowledge!
