Drivers door window switch can fail make sure you order the correct switch. They are the same for every year but order the correct option for your car. If your car has memory seats or the convenience package General Motors 19209381, Door Window Switch

Not sure if both sides are not working or just one. Please check your fuses first. C5's are known to have door window regulators to fail as the cars have been aging. Replacement ACDelco 10344131 GM Original Equipment Front Driver Side Power Window Regulator and Motor Assembly

ACDelco 15781690 GM Original Equipment Front Passenger Side Power Window Regulator and Motor Assembly
for the passenger side
