Right rear lights flash fast front is almost nomal

Ok when I turn on my 4 ways they all flash normal when I turn on my left side it flashes normal when I turn on my right side it flashes at viper speed in the rear and normal up front.
I have replace all bulbs on the right side I have clean and checked all my body grounds I have switch all left relays with right relays and I checked all fuses.
I have checked all the wiring that I can see to make sure there is no breaks.
I dont think its the flasher cause the 4 ways work just fine and the left side works just fine the only thing left I think its the lever on the steering wheel has anyone ran into this problem I am a OCD corvette driver that is going nuts please help

Good question mine is 1998 C5 I think I only have one flasher

Check to see if you have two flashers .One for the 4ways and one for the flashers .Mine ,their is one plugged into the fuse block,witch is on the left side and the one for the turn signals is on the right behind the dash panel where the glove box goes.I don't know what year your vette is but mine is a 1975. So check it out.
