Thinking of installing a modern auto tranny in my '82 Vette to lower the high rpm

I want to keep my '82 Vette an automatic. However, I want to potentially change to a modern tranny that will help lower rpm's from the high of 2300-2500 rpm at 70 mph. I would like a turn key tranny without having to add a bunch of add ons just because I changed trannies.
