Whats te best thing to do to a C5 2004 corvette

Ive been thinking about ordering a block from dart. So I can stud the block. I want to put a blower on it that will push 25or 30 of boost. I know stock vette cant handle that. But what should I do to it first? Look for some help guys My email is Braves5933@aol.com please help me
