Bad throttle sensors you have 2 replace one on throttle body to see if its that one or the other. These engines?? Have 2 throttle bodies under the alum intake.

Bad injectiors or fuel reg. These engines are notorious for doing this get ready spend some money and take it to a Chevy dealer only way you get it right. They have worked on hundreds of these. That is why they were only built 2 years. Sorry for bad news
