75 350 chevy with electronic ignition

It sounds like a very loud ticking in the distributor or a spark jumping . I changed the cap and rotor thinking it was one of them but it's still their . It miss real bad when i first start it up , but when gets warm ed up it's as bad . It's not a valve tapping either.
I also used a listening device to check for valves taping and all over motor and nothing untill i put it on the distributor.
Hope someone can help me .

you may have a bad ign wire arching...look at your old cap, burn area or dark area
