Hi

Your 1959 corvette with engine ass. Date of F72ICU.

F - Flint (city manufactured)
7 - July
21 - day in July.
CU - means it is a 2 x4 carb high lift cam with Manual transmission

You will want to check the "birthdate" of your car to insure the engine is before it, and also the casting on the engine same.
Also, check for block cast number (59 should be 3756519 (unless it is a very early car) and date.

It is probably a manufacture #. That is my best guess.
