Grinding sounds in first and second gear?

I have a 427 2013 corvette. IN first and second gear I hear a funny sound. In the rest of the gears no problem. Any help on my question would be much appreciated. Its like a scratching noise at low rpms (1st & 2nd gear)

I have a 2010 Grand Sport and I have this problem at low rpms going from 2nd to third. I changed the transmission fluid to high grade fluid. It helped some what.
