Corvette Breaking News!

The 2013 Corvette will be the last year for the C6 Corvette. It officially will yield to the 2014 C7 Corvette. This means that the 2013 model year will be a short run of only 9 months to allow for retooling of the Corvette Plant for the C7. The 2013 model year is scheduled to start production May 2012. Orders are expected to be able to be placed no sooner than March 2012. All models Base, Grand Sport, Z06, ZR1 and an exclusive model return for 2013. Its what everybody has always wanted in a Z06 a Convertible! The 60th anniversary, collector edition 427 Z06 Convertible Corvette!

Corvette Bash at the Museum April 26-28

The 2012 NCM Bash kicks off the NCM onsite event season with new models, new tours and new activities. There are plenty of road tours to get you cruisin’ our country roads, a visit to Opryland and the Grand Ole Opry, new seminars and demonstrations on striping, sculpting from Corvette Design, Powertrain Development, Track Rat team members Jim Mero and Jeff Mosher on setting records at the Nurburgring, unveiling the 2013 Corvette, rides in the Museum’s 1963 vintage racer Z06, seminars by the Corvette race team members Doug Fehan, Corvette Driver Tommy Milner and Danny Binks and many other activities you’ll only find at National Corvette Museum events! The Ladies’ Oasis continues along with an expanded Garage Party with women of the GM Corvette Team. The ladies will cover all aspects of Corvettes including maintenance, engineering and even high performance driving.
