1979 Restomod Corvette

I have a 1979 Corvette, with 98K on the odometer. It was originally a L82, but I thought I needed a little more performance. I have installed a crate 425HP 383 stroker, and rebuilt the TH350 with shift kit and TCI Super Streetfighter torque converter. The engine was dyno tuned and pics are included. It has a full Magnaflow aluminum exhaust with x-pipe and polished mufflers mounted to full legnth ceramic coated headers. I also replaced the entire suspension (including larger sway bars and composite spring)with a touring kit. It has fairly new brakes all around, and sits on BFG 255/50/16 and 265/50/16 mounted on Centerline Billet series "Fluted Hawks". It was repainted several years ago by the previous owner. It still shines very well, but has the usual dings/scratches a driver quality car has. It's a "10-footer" and needs paint. The interior is in fairly good condition, has newer carpet, no dash cracks, and no rips or tears in the black leather seats. All Gauges work except the clock. It's fast, loud, and lots of fun.
The reason I'm selling - I'm getting old. This car has no air conditioning. Last week the headlights quit coming up, and its leaking power steering fluid. The trailing arms need to be rebuilt. I have driven this car for over 10 years, and have yet to put on 8000 miles. It mostly sits in my garage under a cover, but I drive it at least monthly to keep things in running order. I have spent more money than I will ever get, but its time for something else. I'm asking $11,000 or best offer.

He has owned three Corvettes over the last twenty years and does not plan to stop owning one anytime soon.
