brakes rear both cailipers are stuck c-3

Replaced master cylinder/all new disc brake calipers/new rubber lines/while apart blow out all lines/ all new disc brakes/ guest back 2 calipers stuck/ bleed all fluid out nipples open disconnected line form rear of master cylinder/back brakes still locked, car been setting 15 years but ever thing new???DAN
