Can I put a 454 in my 1978 corvette stingray anniversary?

I'd like to change my 350 out before it hits 100,000 miles. I have about 96,000 as of now. So I'd really like to replace it with a 454 but I don't know of it would fit and if the car could handle it? If a 454 fits could I add a 572?

Why yes you can. But you will need to change a few things around, for instance your front springs, radiator, exhaust manifolds and exhaust, motor mounts, etc you'd be better off keeping your anniversary vette original, and take your money that you would spin on your 454 conversion and buy another 78 vette with a big block. Already In it. Whatever you decide good luck.
