Door Mirror Placement

I bought a 1976 T Top Stingray. The mirrors on the doors were removed and during some paint work the holes for the mirrors were filled and the paint work was done. I can't locate the stock location for the mirrors. Are there any drawings or blueprints available to help me correctly locate these mirrors on the doors?

Zip Corvette sells replacement mirrors that come with a template that places the mirror in exact correct position on the C3.
