Lock problems
by: Alan in VA

Do everything the last person commented on....check it also with the passenger mechanism....I had the same problem....check out the rod from the door opener on the outside to see that it pushes straight down and activates the opening mechanism...there is a special clamp (.90 cents from Zip Products) that mine was missing...put it on...sprayed with WD-40...and it now works like a charm.....

Door Lock Problems
by: Ammo46190

The best way to work this problem is to remove the door panel and make sure no rods have came loose. Work the lock mechanisum from the inside and watch what happens than do the same using the outer door handle and watch it. While the panel is off, its a good time to clean the door mechanics and relube with a good white grease. Just keep playing with the locks and you will get it to work. Remember never work on a door lock problem with the windows up. Also have a way to get into your car!!!!!
