Front bumper 1975

I bought a 1975 Corvette project car. I bought a 1975 bumper off of Ebay, only to find out that my front end is like a 1974 and bumper doesn't fit. I checked the VIN + title. Car is a 1975. Did any 75 models come with 74 front ends? Or did someone swap front clip?

Thanks Dan. I brought a 75 bumper off ebay. The ad didn't have a picture. If it did, I might have notice it was different than my front end. I just brought my 75 corvette project car. And didn't know at the time that it has a 1974 front clip. My question is, did any 75 corvette come with a 74 front clip? I assume my Corvette must have had the front clip replaced.

My 75 vette was made in 74. But their is a difference between 74&75 front bumpers .I didn't know that until i look in my corvette central
mag for parts .The 75 fits 75 to 79 and the 74 fits 73 and 74 . So what did you order and put the order in for you ? They should have know. All you half to do is look in a parts book. If you don't have one
go on line and order one from www.corvettecentral.
com or www.Echler.com or www.coastcorvette.com
good luck
Don
