Vacuum
by: Don Herstine

Its not a hard fix if you know how to take things apart and put them back together again .What it is is the shaft coming out of the vacuum chamber ,their is a rubber boot that goes bad .It's about $10.00 for it . When you see it you will know .
take and raise the head light by hand by sticking a screw driver under the bottom and prying up easy then lifting it up to lock . take the two screws out and then take the frame off .Look at the shaft coming out of the vacuum tank. you will see the boot.

probably the rubber grommets inside the vacuum cans. If they both don't go up start checking the hoses that go from the dash to the vacuum manifold on each side make sure hases aren't cracked or dried out and fell off. If they are ok there then check each sides vacuum canister.
