Heat always comes out my floor vents

Can't get air to come out my top vents,and heat comes through my floor vent ,how can I fix it ,so AC and heat work as I need them

You have a vacuum leak in your climate control system. If you have a C3 pull your console and gauge panel and check your vacuum tubing.
