No power to my fuel pump fuse in the fuse box

I have no power to the top half of my fuse box my fuel pump fuse is dead and I have no window power no locks no horn fuel pump will not work it's on a 82 Corvette crossfire

No fuel pump prime or while cranking. No power to fp fuse. No horn no power locks. Car runs great if I power fuse manually.
