power window gremlins C3 72 Stingray

My power windows seem to have a mind of their own. I have replaced the switches and the relay but issue still exists.
Power windows will not go up or down. Sometimes they will go up or down but then may or may not cut out. Sometimes they will operate but the relay for the turn signals is constantly clicking and the turn signals do not work. sometimes shutting off the car and restarting will correct the directional issue but they the PW stop.

I have purchased a new power window wiring harness but have not installed it yet as it entails disassembling the entire console and door panels.

Any thoughts would be helpful.
