1960 C1 WHERE DO I START

okay got all the parts shipped out (1 extra 283 engine fully rebuilt and all the parts to another s plus lots of extras parts) and car just arrived from its 35 years of storage. now where do i start it ran when my dad parked it 35 years ago but raccoons have been playing in the engine compartment. what would be the first order of business want to get it running has original engine in it and enjoy as a weekend driver. I do not want it as a trailer queen.
