1984 corvette will not turn over

My 1984 Corvette will not turn over - I do not have the right key, I removed the 10 amp fuse to bypass security system and it still will not turn over .i jump the starter and the engine turn over so I know I have good power and ground to starter . would you have a basic wiring dia. for my Corvette. thanks
