2002 C5 passenger door lock

The passenger door lock won't unlock the door with the FOB or the unlock switch on the door. If the door is unlocked it will lock with the FOB

Same problem with '01
by: R. Pavlica

Have the same problem with '01. Have taken off door panel , checked all items for output , replaced one item that mechanically and electrically moves the lock. Then had a shop check for anything else. The lock works with the fob sometimes and sometimes not. Almost like there is a friction problem somewhere.
