2004 c5 starter issue

I just replaced the driver side turn signal bulb by reaching down through the bucket assembly and now the car wont start. \i just get a click from the starter that is all. Checked the crank fuse (#14) and it is good. Battery is fine. \is there anything I could have done when reaching down through the headlight bucket to cause this? Maybe pulled a harness or connector loose? \Please help!
