2012 ZR1 Passenger window only goes 1/2 way up

2012 ZR1 has been stored for about 2 months without battery tender. (Yes I know better) Battery is now dead. Passenger window is 1/2 way open. Not sure if it was that way when last driven. Anyway, battery is accepting a charge. I turned on to accessory to roll up window but it will not go up any higher than 1/2 way. It rolls down but sounds like it strains at the limits as though it tries to go down beyond the mechanical limits. How do I restore normal window function?
