99 c5 wont turn over service vehicle soon ligth

I was driving and the srvice vehicle light come on i drove home and shut the car off. I went to pop the trunk to take my top out and put back on. The key fob wouldnt pop it. I then went to press the button in the car wouldnt pop so tried to start car wouldnt turn over or click. my gauges said low fuel which i just put some in then service vehicle soon come on. the windows rolled up and the key fob will lock and unlock door. car wont start checked grounds inside driver door and under hood seem fine,
