Burning smell

Hello, I have a 2000 C5 6 speed after I drive and car gets warm there is a burning smell seems to be at the driver front side of car. All fluids are fine and not over heating, pulled tires and checked brakes, looked for plastic bag or other debris while up on rack, sorta smells like plastic burning. Been doing this for about a year doesn't seem to be getting worse. Car has under 37000 miles. Any help would be apperciated Thanks Jim
