phantom electrical power draw NEW
by: Pete

I have a '95 that was going dead for no apparent reason. I decided to go around the problem using a $10 battery disconnect switch.

It takes less than a minute to pop the hood, turn the knob on the switch which is on the negative battery terminal.

There are more elaborate, and more difficult to install disconnect switches that you can mount near the drivers seat, and do it from inside.
