corvette owner Visors move

have a 2003 anniversary edition corvette convertible..when I have top down I push visors forward toward windshield..used to stay totally up but now the passenger side won't hold and drops part way down...is there a fix for this or is my only hope to replace it? I truely don't like them sticking up over the top of the windshield thats why I like them flipped down then pushed forward.

thanks for your imput I appreciate it...went to gm dealer here yesterday and gm still has them in shale but it was going to cost over 180.00 just to replace the one visor which I thought sounded a bit extreme.

Visor
by: Corvette web central

This is a new problem and thus we have no good suggestions for you. If you have shale colored visors in your 50th anniversary you will have a hard time finding them. They are no longer made and GM has no stock. You could possibly buy a different color and change over the mechanical parts that have failed over to your original visors as an option. Good luck let us know what you find out!
