corvette performance (Hesitation in Reverse)

i have a 98 corvette and have been having some problems with it mechanically and my most recent work i had done after my service traction system message came across my computer screen with a message of reduced engine power which brought on the check engine light.i had this problem fixed so i thought went to the dealer to get my car and put the car in reverse and got a bad hesitation in the car in reverse all this is after a new tach modular was put in along with an alignment of the entire tires so I'm wanting to know if you could tell me what or why is my car hesitating backing in reverse it' a automatic with 132'000 miles please help me? It could be the reverse gear or maybe even the MAF Mass Airflow sensor on the intake. Either way your best way is to take it to a reputable mechanic.
