"Door Ajar" light and interior lights keep flashing

"Door Ajar" light flashes while car is in drive and at all speeds. Interior lights also flash at all speeds.

All doors and rear hatch are closed tight. Owner's Manual states to have car serviced if the "Door Ajar" light stays illuninated.

WHAT needs to be serviced as the manual points to no specific area or part?

Battery, Alternator, Water Pump, Plugs, Wires and Distributor were just replaced 3-weeks ago.

Could this have anything to do with this problem and again, what needs to be serviced at this point or is there a reset that should have been completed after the above maintenance was performed?

Same problem

At the bottom inside of the doors you have a plunger type sensor that gets pressed all the way in and causes this to happen. Everything I read said to replace them, however, I came across one post that said to use a small flat head screwdriver and gently pry the plunger out about a quarter inch on each door and it will fix this problem, free. I did this and it's working for 9 months now. Try it, make sure to do it on each door equally. Good luck.
