I believe I have a short circuit in my 2003 c5 corvette. I am trying to figure out which fuse goes to the lights inside the rearview mirror. The covers of the fuse boxes aren't really labeled that well and the "map lights" aren't listed on either cover. There is 2 brown wires and 2 black wires going to the connector. I believe that one of the brown wires turns on the lights when you open the door. (this circuit is working okay) I believe the other brown wire should have 12 volts on it at all times and turns on the map lights individually through the rocker switches on the mirror. (this circuit isn't working) If I open the door the map lights come on but if I turn on one of the rocker switches then that light goes off. I believe it is because of a short. Also, the vanity lights in the visors don't work either. If I don't drive the car for a few (5) days, the battery will go dead. I have had the battery tested and it passes with flying colors. Can anybody help with this issue????
