It does depend on what liftgate/Trunk struts your refering to as "replacement". Your stock factory struts have a ground provision on them so if you purchase factory or "Dealer" Parts then yes. If you decide to go the aftermarket route like Napa or Kragen Auto Parts then you just need to make sure that they include them.
