You know ,it would be nice to know what year your vette is .When was the last time it was tune up, maybe new plugs,plug wires , rotor,new cap ,check timing ,set the chock ,change the oil and filter.
My 75 vette i half to hit the gas petal 3 times when it's cold and after that it starts on the first turn over ,
never half to crank it . This is just a few things you half to do if you want a good starting car
