I need a new clutch and throw out bearing for my 2004 Z-06

I have contacted 4 shops recommended to me in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area to get an estimate. Its been a week and a half with no answers. Two of the four did get back and ask if the car is stock (It is) or modified (Its not in ANY way). I replied and they say they are working on it. the third has the car for a free estimate.(He's local) He confirms its the clutch but says the clutch and flywheel are a intergal assembly and he's having a hard time locating one.
Has anyone had this done on their C-5?
If yes, when?
Cost?
This car has 16,885 miles on it and was bought new.
I'd appreciate any guidance here.
