keyless locks & unlocks without use of fob

I have a 1999 c-5 convertible that for some unknown reason locks and unlocks without using the fob. When I use the fob to lock the car it will as I walk away unlock it again and then lock it and unlock. If stand there it keeps on doing it. If I lock it and walk away and come back later it is open. Can anyone help with this problem

If you have 2 key fobs or 1 take tham
Close to the car and stand close..
Press the unlock and lock @ the same
Time for 7 seconds.. You will hear a cherp.
Repeat with other fob.. It worked for me..
Disconnecting the batt will want you to reset
The fobs @ times..

I have a 98 c5 and it does the same.. I sometimes
Talk to it and say"what ya doing? Got a tick"
No idea what's wrong.
