Need to add automatic transmission fluid to my 2003 Corvette

I did some major engine repairs. Upon,re-installing the radiator,one of the transmission cooling lines seal to the radiator fell out. I have replaced the seal after I lost at least a quart on the roads and highway. Now, I need to replace the fluid that was lost.
