No power to fuel pump,gauges or starter radio has power

History of faults started as intermittent fuel pump power then battery indication would show full 12v then drop to zero back up to full12v now no power to instrument cluster but radio shows power as well as hvac controls show power.as of right now turn key ignition on dont hear fuel pump engine starter does not engage any advice will be appreciated
