Over heating

Seem like my 2002 started over heating about 2 months ago. I've had it flushed, new anti freeze, new thermostat (2), cooling fans come on, (but don't seem to help), air condition on full blast, still heats up to danger zone (254). What do you suggest?

I had this problem and it drove me nuts. I took it to the mechanic 4 times before they figured it out. Pine needles had been sucked up and packed behind the radiator. They removed them and temperature has not been a problem since.
