long bolt under rear fascia that holds spare tire and pan tight against underbody drops too far down to tighten wheel,tire against underbody, do you have a fix ?

The Hanger Bolt, is a 2 step, bolt. 1st step for the small spare tire the car came with. 2nd step, for the tire you will take off the car to use the spare, think about where you would put the wheel, to take it to get fixed.
the front of the carrier is 2 stepped too. Verts have no trunk space.

well i'm embarrassed to admit but i will man up! Just remove the license plate and wala, the bolt is totally visable.
