95 LT1,sitting still in the driveway relays on fans seem to be working as should,no ac on main fan kicks on 228,cools engine down,turn ac on the aux fan kicks on cools engine as should,will stay around 215 on a 90 degree day sitting in driveway,but take it out on the road there lies the problem,as long as moving temp stays around 188 to 215,but come to a traffic light or drive thu temp has jumped as high as 245 to 255,that is digital gauge,very confused as to why diveway sitting works fines but in drive at traffic light or drive thru jumps up,i know thousands of questions out there about this but a thousands answers to ,help
