Won't start after getting water in floorboard after flooding.

I get a loss of engine power on dic and low fuel. I ran dic diagnostics. It shows no codes on pcm no comm on bcm and most others except for dcm both show 5 codes history and current. No radio everything electrical works except windows won't operate. I have dried the car out with a dehumidifier and a fan for several days.
